the pool was a good spot for swimming. i liked the tasty food, especially the seafood pizza and yellow watermelon. the people were friendly. the hotel offered good service and a quiet atmosphere.
the carpet looked very dirty and had several stains.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic, chef ahmed shaker selected egyptian dishes for us to taste. It was an unexpected cultural experience! ahmed eldesokiy and adham were especially friendly. the food was AMAZING!!! i enjoyed swimming in the pool. kareem at straight kitchen took good care of us.
The price of the stay does not match what i got. There was no coffee machine in the room. the water took forever to heat. there was a broken bin. there were no tissues.

I received excellent service from the bake bar staff. Osama, aya, and ahmed were helpful. the reception team was very supportive . Everyone inquired about my stay. mr hady and qamar from reception were amazing.

the hotel has a super clean, green atmosphere. i found the design unique. my children enjoyed the pool and the food served in the pool restaurant so much. the hotel provides buggy rides to the other restaurants.

the hotel is conveniently located near the cairo festival mall. sitting on the terrace in the evening was lovely because the weather was very good. the atmosphere and dinner were both very good. i enjoyed sitting on the terrace.

The pool area had great VIBES. I appreciated that the pool was heated. It made swimming very comfortable. The service provided by mohamed alaa near the pool was excellent. He ensured everyone had what they needed.
The air conditioning fan in my room was NOISY. The furniture seemed dated. It did not meet my expectations. The room's refrigerator did not cool effectively. it was more of a cooler box than a functional refrigerator.
